Today I show How to use the Layering Alphabet edgelits that I used to create my teen daughters birthday card. You may recognize this from a recent color challenge, she had saved lots of inspiration photos for redoing her bedroom and I used one that showcased her color choice!
I was a bit intimidated by the looks of this amazing die cut set at first even though I absolutely knew I would love it! If you’re like me, don’t worry! Stampin up has made using this incredibly easy with a “lining up” template die and everything! I show how this works in the video below! I also show a sample of the make a difference stamp set inside that I used for the sentiment. Remember to make the envelope pretty!

Today I am sharing my Stampin’ Up! Pop of Petals Bundle card from a recent class using items from the 2018-2019 New Annual Catalog. I used the new Mango Melody cardstock paired with Pear Pizzazz and popped out with Basic Black!
The white A2 cardstock base is cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold in half at 4.25″. The Mango Melody layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″ and the Black layer is cut at 4 3/8″ x 2 3/4″. Finally, the top stamped layer is 4 1/8″ x 2 5/8″. Be sure and pay attention to how the flowers are stamped (they fit into the stamp at a specific angle 🙂 Remember to make your envelope pretty!

Yay and Hooray! Here’s the Sea of Textures Bundle Tranquil card for today. I am loving sharing the new 2018-2019 catalog items with all of you! What better way to see a set and tools and all the fun possibilities!
This starts with an A2 white cardstock base cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold in half at 4.25″. The second Tranquil tide layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″, and the top white Seaside embossed layer is cut at 5″ x 3.75″. I used a 1″ x 4″ strip of the Tranquil Textures DSP and a .5″ strip of Silver Glitter paper, and stamped white for the sentiment. The Pearlized Doilies and the “Netting” die cut are both cut in half. Remember to make your envelope pretty!

Here’s one of my recent quick & easy favorites, a Stampin’ Up! Love What you do Thank You Card! The video tutorial below shows just how simple this card really is! This is just one of the wonderful new stamp sets from the 2018-2019 Annual catalog that went live last month! Yay!
Simply start with an A2 card base in Very Vanilla cut at 11″ x 4.25″. Score and fold in half at 5.5″ . The Calypso Coral layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″ and the top die cut layer is cut at 5″ x 3.75″. I used the largest square die cut to create the drop shadow, in the video I show how to make sure everything is centered.
Remember, to make the envelope pretty! It adds so much!
