This months theme is Sale A Bration or Occasions catalog creations. So I chose a Petal Palette Gate Fold Card using the Petal Passion DSP and the Gray Shimmer Ribbon from the Sale A Bration pack. Be sure and follow the links through hop, leave nice comments, and enjoy!
To make the base for a gate fold card simply start with an 8.5″ x 5.5″ piece of cardstock. Score at 2 1/8″ in from EACH end, this makes the folds meet in the middle. For the two DSP panels cut at 5 1/4″ x 1 7/8″. Create any decorative focal point(s). I also like to have some way to hold the card closed, usually a bow or embellishment. Remember to make your envelope pretty!

I simply adore this Sweet Little Something Masking Technique Easter Card! Stampin’ Up! has been creating a few photorealistic stamp sets and they are simply amazing! My daughter has a bunny just like this from Build A Bear, so of course I had to get the stamp set!
I show in the video how I create a simple mask which lets me stamp one bunny “behind” the other. Masking is a great technique that can be used with just about anything and creates depth in a card without adding layers.

Welcome to the 2018 Kre8tors Blog Hop! I’m so excited to be part of this fun collaboration with fellow demonstrators. This month’s theme is Birthdays and I can’t wait to show you my project! I love the classic, clean look of this Stampin’ Up! Truly Tailored Birthday Card.
The baseis A2 size Cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″, scored and folded in half at 4.25″. The vanilla layer is 5.25″ x 4″ and the True Gentleman DSP is cut at 4.5″ x 3.5″. Finally, the small Very Vanilla layer is 4″ x 2 5/8″. I did fussy cut and pop up the mustache and used fine tip glue to make it “glossy”.
Remember to decorate the envelope!

I loved all the fun background elements, I thought they were just perfect for all kinds of cardmaking! I started with an A2 card base in Lemon Lime Twist cut at 8.5″ x 5.5″. Score and fold in half at 4.25″. The Daffodil Delight cardstock layer is cut at 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″, and the white embossed layer is cut at 5.25″ x 4″. I used the 4 smallest dies from the circle framelit set to cut out the DSP and the stamped images.
Remember to make your envelope pretty!
